Singing in Kichijoji

Singing... wordless emotions of joy and sorrow - paired with words - enable words to do what they cannot - convey true meaning.  Music, being the ungraspable and intangible magic that it is, takes musicians out on a thin limb when singing for others.  As a music-maker, will you reach that magic, and reached, will you be able to convey it?  Whether people like the music of street musicians or not, they would do well to respect that perilous walk in emotional danger they take.
      Me?  Did I like the man's music?  Shamefaced I must say that I was too self-conscious to really listen.  How do you be the only audience?  What if you don't like the tunes?  I plead professional leave of normal duty though - I was in the area to photograph it, not to be a part of it....
