| TRAIN Take the JR Joetsu Shinkansen(上越新幹線) to "Urasa(浦佐)" or "Nagaoka(長岡)". ↓ Change at "Nagaoka(長岡)" or "Urasa(浦佐)", and take the local train bound for "Ojiya(小千谷)" on the "JR Joetsu Line (上越線)". ↓ (Ojiya is the third stop after Nagaoka / It's the sixth stop after Urasa.) Get off the train at Ojiya Sta. Walk the sidewalk on the right side of the Ojiya Station front. There is Ojiya-ekikado(小千谷駅角) BS from the station to about three minutes. ↓ Board the Kitaechigo Kanko Bus from "Ojiya-ekikado（小千谷駅角）"BS To "Iwamagi(岩間木)"BS at 16:05. or "Shiodani(塩谷)"BS at 18:30.  Get off the bus at "Teresawa(寺沢)" BS, which is about 10min from Ojiya-ekikado BS. Walk to the hostel, which is about 5min from Terasawa BS.  |
