イラクが国連の査察に無条件受け容れを表明し、北朝鮮も平和的になって戦争をしたがるアメリカの一部の人達が孤立している状況になりましたね。これで、大きな戦争の可能性はなくなったでしょう。（それぞれの国の国益のための駆け引きがすごいですが、結果的にいいほうに向かっています。）
　しかし、まだもめていて分からない状況ですし、非戦を完全なものにするためにも意志表示をしましょう。下の分を参考に、あるいは、コピーしてメールしてみて下さい。
