Yasutoshi Kunihiro, the President of this law firm, was born in Kobe, Japan.　He was educated in Shizuoka, Japan where he majored in chemical engineering specializing in Physical Chemistry. After graduating from university he was employed for ten years researching and planning the manufacture of industrial machines and heat exchanger.　His job description was that of development engineer.
　　The next ten years of his career was spent in a patent office where he concentrated in draft of patent specifications for physical chemistry, computer software, combustion engineering, optoelectronics, mechatoronics, material sciense, and so on.　He obtained Patent Attorney's license in the year 2000 and established Kunihiro & Associates in 2001,and further obtained IP Litigation attorney's Lisence in 2006.
