I entry 800m in metropolitan’s meet. I don’t run 800 m since 1993.

It’s too warm, so I am very tired.

12/May

Today is Mother’s day. What are you doing for your mother? I should not be doing every year. As I express my heartfelt thank to her for born and growing.

14/Apr

I am happy. Because Marines wins first times in this season.

3/Apr

I might be could. I come home early, when I go out my employer company, my boss says me “ If you don’t have jobs, tell me. I should give you some jobs.” I think I have enough to jobs now, no thank you.

30/Mar

It is opened professional baseball today. I believe the Marines will get champion flag in this year. But Mr. Kuroki who is ace pitcher is injury. If he doesn’t come back before half Marines is loser. I wish he will come back earlier than.

24/Mar

I enter full marathon (42.195Km) in Arakawa. Its race is training for long distance. I check how long distance I can run to 4 minutes par km. I run 4min par km until 20Km. I think it is O.K. for this condition.

21/Mar

I run to 10Km marathon today. It is a gale. So I hard to run, however, I am able to run 4 minutes par km. It is enough to run for me.

17/Mar

Today is Ekiden in Komazawa-park. The team belongs us won last year. I don’t know this year will be able to win or lose. Result is “win”, win second successive. So I don’t run to race, support, and take the picture.

16/Mar

I was busy in last weekday. So I am sleep in a day. I go around to city in my holiday. It’s mean shopping, watching movie, trailing to run. Today I go to bank, and so than go to Matsuya for lunch. But it is trouble a ticket vending machine before I buy it. I don’t wait until repair it, because I am hungry. I come home to buy a box lunch in convenient store.

今日は日本語で書きますね。

3、4年ぶりに大学の監督に会いましたが、『自分太ったなァ』にはさすがみるめがあるなっと思いました。体重は戻っりましたが体脂肪率がまだまだ、あります。一般の人からみれば痩せているように見えるけどね^_^;

まぁ、大会に観に行くだけでやる気になるので後輩ががんばっているのを見ると負けられないという気持ちがわいてきます。

心の奥底にはアスリート魂が残っているのでしょうね。

How do you do. This HP opened 3/Mar. You might know I went to Germany, because of business trip. It is interesting I lived in Dusseldorf. If I go to Germany, I never speak English maybe.
