I found a good pot at 11:30, closed to Place de Concord. Place de Concord is very very very popular spot to watching Tour de France. Many people were there. But If you take a walk on streets to Louvre Museum, you will find fine spots.

And one more information. In recent year, the racer go around the center of city, 10 times. If you can keep a good position, you will see them 10 times!

Huh, it was rainy. In previous day, it was rainy too. German racer who is at 2nd position in total time slipped on wet road. The difference between 1st and 2nd is about 1 min. How unfortunate...
