Here's a big picture.
This is my Big Brother Tom, the cat. Eleven years old!
Being raised by Alice (Shetland sheepdog), who went over the Rainbow Bridge a few years ago, he knows doggies. But when he saw me for the first time, he was so frightened. I licked all over his face and chased around after him.
After two weeks he made up his mind and challenged me by a threat posture. I gave up! He won the superior position. And now he and I real feel we are "Brothers."
When I get too excited, Big Brother Tom says "Behave" to me. He doesn't assume the threat posture any more. We share a cup of milk at the same time, just like Alice and Tom did!
