We present you complete design services; not simply architecture alone, but also environmental and graphical design services. The purpose in doing so is because we think that it is essential to combine all design features accordingly into the project concept.

We offer you initial proposal & project presentation (limited to 2~3 times) free of charge in your country except the following primary required fees (*) and a suitable interpreter in your country who can understand Japanese. Thereafter, the design contract fee will be levied after agreement contracts has been exchanged and signed.

(*) Primary required fees per presentation are:
(1) total transportation fee ( round-trip air ticket from Kansai Airport + domestic transportation )
(2) total accommodation expenses ( for example, hotel )
(3) miscellaneous expenses ( 10,000 Japanese yen )

It is in our goal to further enlarge our establishments in foreign countries and we are willing to enrich and maintain a ideal working relationship with everyone interested in our design services.
