Fen-Landscape
Changes in landscapes of a low wetland, fen, between the beginning and the end of the April-May breeding season (Salamandrella keyserlingii).
(A) At the beginning, the fen-landscape is colored light brown throughout due to decaying leaves of sedges.
(B) At the end, the sedges bud around, and resultantly the fen-landscape assumes a tinge of green.
