Japanese, Mongolian, & Russian Gentlemen

Japanese, Mongolian, and Russian gentlemen that participated in a farewell party held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia (photographed on 8 January 2006).

(A) Japanese gentleman, Norio Fuji. He was now 75 years old and a Professor Emeritus of Kanazawa University, Japan. He was an earth scientist, working on the geomorphological structure, formation, geohistory, and palaeoenvironment of Darhadyn Wetland.

(B) Mongolian gentleman, J. Tamir, belonging to Mongolian State University of Education. He was an animal ecologist, mainly dealing with mammalian species and birds.

(C) Mongolian gentleman, Tseden Jamsran. He was a famous Professor, belonging to the National University of Mongolia. He was a key person of Mongolian societies, fundamentally engaging in the study of aquatic plants.

(D) Russian gentleman, Tsydyp Z. Dorzhiev. He was a chief Professor of Department of Zoology, Buryat State University, Russia. His group examined on bird species richness last summer in Darhadyn Wetland.
