I'm keeping a tropical fish. I'll introduce it:

This is a silver arowana (Osteoglossum bicirrhosum in scientific name). It was only 3 inches long when it came to my home first. Now it have grown up to 2ft for 3+ years!

How to keep arowana (sorry, Japanese only)

That's all I'm keeping now, but I have kept many other fishes. I love small characidae, such as cardinal tetra, black phantom tetra, pyrhylina, ...etc. Especially, black phantoms, spreding their fins, are very attractive.

There are many killifishes on the pond (we call it 'fudai-ike') and creeks in our univ. I have kept some of them in a tank on my desk at laboratory :-)
