This island, Iceland, is closed to north 66 degree line, Arctic circle. But Iceland has a mild climate, due to Gulf Stream. There are volcanoes and the border of two continent plates, North America Plates and Eurasia Plates.
In the end of 1990s, they built some Geothamal Power Staions. These power staions supply all currency that is consumed in Iceland. And hot water of geothamal power stations supply to all houses for warming, and also to hot water pool. The cost of power plants is cheap, therefore refining bauxite becomes one of main industries (bauxite is imported from Australia).
Population of Iceland is approx. 280 thousand. Half of them live in Reykyavik.Their industries including sightseeing and fishing drops the wealth on this island.

My reason why I visit there is that I like a song which Icelandic singer song in Eurovision song contest 2003.
