Two iron ovens that were settled on grassland in the camp site of Darhadyn Wetland, Mongolia. These ovens, each having a chimney, were utilized for cooking, boiling water, making a tea, and so forth, in which a fire was built with drying woods that were collected from the first research area.

(A) A geologist of Mongolian State University of Education who was burning garbages and wastes near the ovens (photographed on 21 July 2004). There were pots and pans around the ovens.

(B) Three Mongolian students (ladies) who were boiling water in a pan over the fire in the oven (photographed on 24 July 2004). A Russian jeep was seen in the right hand.
