A series of dissections of a small individual of Hucho taimen that was captured by fishing during the daytime from the Shishkhid River in Darhadyn Wetland, Mongolia (photographed on 22 August 2005). A relatively big one was also dissected to be stuffed. Immediately after being flayed, its flesh was also cooked.

(A) Just during the detachment of the skin from the flesh by the use of a knife. White powders were starch, and were utilized for the avoidance of slipping her hands.

(B) Just during stripping the skin off by hand.

(C) During stripping the skin off, which was near completion.

(D) Just during salting the skin over. White materials were not starch, but salt.
