FAQ

Q1. What are long-term student's (pre-college student) application time and required documentation?

A1.The long-term student's entrance is four times a year (April, July, October, and January). Details must be inquired by the student.
      The deadlines of the documents are about November 20th of the previous year for April-student; about March 20th for July-student;
      about May 20th for October-student;
      and about September 20th of the previous year for January-student, respectively. When you apply, you had better send your documents as soon as possible,
     because the class will be closed soon after it becomes to capacity.
      Required documentation has the one that concerns the person in question and the one that concerns the person (those who pay expenditure) who support a student
      financially. It changes by the nationality and confirm it at the center of going abroad to study, please though the main one is below.
     Person in question material: Those like entrance application form, personal history, and photograph (4x3cm) seven pieces and
                                                     Graduation Certificate and Certificates of Studying Japanese, etc.
     Person who pays expenditure: Written Oath of Support, Certificate of Deposit Balance, and Incumbency Certificate, etc.

Q2. What is the difference between the short-term language study training course and the trainee course?

A2. The short-term language study training course:
     
The short-term language study training course uses "Entrance permit" that our school sends to you,
       and the person who enters a country by "Short-term visa" is object.
      The short-term, (leisure) course:
     
The person who enters a country by "Tourist visa", wants to study Japanese and Japanese culture, and also wants to go sightseeing is object.
      The trainee course:
     
The person who has visas such as "Working holiday", "Family stay", and "Japanese spouse" is object.

Q3. When cost and application for student dormitory?

A3. After the resident status certification is delivered, the application for joining a dormitory is accepted for the pre-college student.
      Please inquire at application in case of a short-term student. There are six dormitories. The dormitory expense is from 20,000 yen a month in the average.
       There is a dormitory with full furniture for the short term students.

Q4. Are there a scholarship and school expenses support?

A4. There is support by the Japanese educational institution study education encouragement expense, attending the excellent person commendation,
      and the result excellent  commendation.

Q5. How is there guidance of going on to school?

A5. The charge of the class, the head-teacher of instruction, and the school length cooperate around the perso the course guidance and it corresponds.
      The guidance of going on to school such as the university, graduate schools, and vocational colleges is done.
      The high educated- and experienced- persons who have the Master's degree or the doctor's degree guide the students, so high rates of the students are
      going to the graduate school every year.
      The Japanese ability examination and the examination of going abroad to study measures (EJU) are done. An integrated subject, English, mathematics,
       and the science, etc. deal with the applicant by the selection class.

Q6. Is there any recommendation of a student for universities and vocational schools?

A6. Yes, there are two kinds of recommendation for entrance. They are the public advertisement recommendation and the specified school recommendation.
      In the case of the public advertisement recommendation, everyone can basically receive it if all conditions are satisfied. Especially, many special schools have it.
      The other is the recommendation which is given from university and vocational school particularly to our ILA (Interculture Language Academy) .
