When those autumn flowers begin to bloom, here comes a surprise!

You found it at the beginning of September when white caterpillars half an inch long covers all over a tree in the garden. They have been so voracious eaters of the leaves for about 10 days.

The leaves used to be so thick that you could not see the trunk and branches. Clear view of the trunk, branches and the caterpillars on them means the caterpillars have eaten up almost all leaves of the tree! Oh No!
Now the caterpillars changed their color into green because of the food. They grew and grew to 1 and half inches long and fat.
But today something is wrong with them. They stopped eating. They have been busy go up and down the branches and trunk. What will happen next, I wonder?

They were observed from Sept.17 to 21. To view the next setp, you click the photos below please.B
